How did the participation in this activity benefit the involved participants?

All partners engaged in active participation and productive dialogue regarding an evidence-based approach to SEL perspective, the nine TARE strategies, and the ?World Caf?? method. Continuous virtual and interactive feedback from the coordinator and the partners regarding exchange of practical information facilitated the whole process. Proper adaptation of lesson plans could navigate teachers to integrate the previously mentioned practices in their daily teaching practices. Elaborate strategies of the workshop and seminars were developed and implemented in practice in order to facilitate students? SEL competencies and promote RESPONSIBILITY through Drama in Education techniques and TPSR strategies respectively. Specifically, participants were able to identify their and their students? emotions and express them. They also were able to utilize the TARE strategies to promote positive class climate in their professional life and school class as well. In addition, the ?WORLD CAF?? technique fostered idea-creation and interactive discussion for collective problem probe (or solving). They realized that they already have within them the wisdom and creativity to confront even the most difficult challenges; that the answers we need are available to us; and that we are Wiser Together than we are alone.
